This dataset allows firefighters to see locations of water sources throughout the county. The data is collected in ArcGIS Online, using a public hosted layer: https://cogp.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=c6f6023d0328447c86daa214b9f1b5b8. It is added to the ArcGIS Portal feature service, and then it shows up in the Water Source Locator App via the Fire Service Map.
